Community Seminars – DeepBlue Educators hosts a variety of seminars for parents, teachers and community-based organizations throughout San Diego. Facilitated by DeepBlue Educators founder Dr. James Rivet, the seminars provide attendees with practical solutions (specific tools) that can be immediately implemented in the home and learning environment.

Individualized Coaching –With the appropriate tools, discipline, communication, and individualized plan, every child can not only succeed, but learn to thrive in today’s workplace. DeepBlue Educators offers their personal expertise to families and organizations grappling with the ever-evolving challenges facing children, families and schools.

Tele-Mentoring - In addition to private, at-home sessions, DeepBlue Educators also offers individualized Tele-Mentoring for those who live outside of the San Diego area, or simply lead busy lives and prefer to communicate through phone calls. These private phone calls strengthen the commitment necessary to help children, and will challenge and inspire participants to initiate change that has immediate, long-lasting effects.

Tele-Workshops – DeepBlue Educators’ Tele-Workshop is very prescribed in terms of time, scope, and sequence. The Tele-Workshop limits the number of participants in order to ensure interaction with all group members, and participants make a commitment to call in each week. The Tele-Workshop is a weekly gathering whose intention is to foster a deep connection within the group.
